STARTER KIT

Well, hello, cuties. Nice to meet you. Yes, you'll probably start talking to your oil bottles, too. So your Starter Kit has arrived (or is on its way) - happy dance, again!  Let's introduce you to your new besties.  

When you first receive your starter kit, you're going to be overwhelmed. In the best way.  Here's what's included in the Premium Starter Kit:

First of all, wow.  Second of all, what are Vitality Oils? Simply put, Vitality oil bottles contain the exact same oil as your other bottles.  "Vitality" labeled oils have been deemed safe for ingestion.

Phew! Let that all sink in. In the meantime, let me give you a few suggestions for your day one: 

1. As soon you receive your kit, toss your NingXia Red packets in the fridge or freezer for later.
2. Lay out all of your bottles and product guide, and spend some time reading, smelling, and familiarizing yourself with your new friends.
3. Set up your diffuser and create your first diffuser blend - a few good ones to try first are: Peppermint + Lemon + Lavender or Stress Away + Lavender. Too much too soon? Just try a few drops of Lavender or Stress Away!
4. I would suggest popping your roller ball tops on Thieves (roll on spine and/or bottoms of feet for wellness support) and Stress Away or Lavender (roll on wrists, forearms, neck for emotional and/or sleep support) and get to Emotional Roller-ing!
5. Have fun! There is no exact science to oiling - whatever smells good to you, is probably good for you - be a mixologist and come up with some new diffuser blends (don't worry - I'll share several of mine, soon).  
6. Important note: Citrus oils can be photosensitive.  Don't apply them and then go sunbathing for a while.  Also, wash your hands after using Peppermint. Seriously.
7. Do I apply topically or "neat" (straight to the skin)?  If all else fails, read your bottles! Your cute little labels peel back and have directions for safe usage.  And you can always dilute with a carrier oil before applying to your skin (coconut is my preference).  I will be sure to add a "Kids" post, as well.
